The Challenge
The Darwin Living Lab Symposium needed to bring together researchers, policymakers, and community stakeholders to explore climate resilience and urban innovation. The challenge was to design a professional, engaging event that encouraged collaboration across diverse groups.
Our Solution
Agentur managed end to end delivery, from venue design and technical production to program flow and stakeholder engagement. We curated layouts and spaces that encouraged interaction, balanced formal sessions with networking opportunities, and ensured the symposium reflected the Lab’s forward-looking vision.
The Impact
The symposium successfully connected government, industry, and community participants in meaningful discussions about the future of Darwin. Seamless production, thoughtful design, and cultural inclusions elevated the experience, reinforcing Darwin’s role as a national leader in tropical urban innovation.
