The Challenge
The first Aboriginal Housing NT conference needed to unite government, industry and community voices to address homelessness, housing and homelands, with more than 200 delegates attending.
Our Solution
Agentur managed the full delivery, overseeing speakers, entertainment, Welcome to Country, AV production and an expression of interest process for Aboriginal Territorians. Careful budget management and close coordination with stakeholders ensured a seamless and culturally safe event.
The Impact
The forum built on the foundations of previous housing gatherings, setting a strong platform for Aboriginal Housing NT and reinforcing the importance of Aboriginal led solutions in the Northern Territory’s housing future.
