The Challenge
Australia’s premier ten day Indigenous food festival needed to highlight the cultural and culinary traditions that have sustained the world’s oldest living culture for more than 65,000 years, while coordinating diverse activities across Kakadu National Park.
Our Solution
Agentur provided complete coordination of the festival, managing logistics, programming and stakeholder engagement. The event featured pop up dining, guided bush tucker walks, canape cruises, ground oven cook ups, cultural activities and guided rock art gallery tours. Every element was designed to showcase Aboriginal knowledge and create a seamless visitor experience.
The Impact
The festival successfully connected visitors with Aboriginal culture through food, story and place. Its immersive program attracted wide audiences, elevated Kakadu’s profile as a destination and reinforced the importance of Indigenous led tourism experiences.
