The Challenge
The Northern Territory Government contracted Agentur to deliver Territory Day in Katherine, activating community celebration at Katherine Showgrounds. Managed between April and July 2019 with a contract value of $80k, the event needed to deliver the iconic fireworks, family friendly entertainment and safe engagement, while cultivating local collaboration and celebration spirit.
Our Solution
Agentur curated a vibrant Territory Day event that elevated the community experience. We handled full event management including programming, production, local supplier engagement, and on site delivery, creating a night that embodied community pride and connection. A behind the scenes snapshot showed the team working swiftly under tight timelines, with Katherine Town given just two hours to set up at the new location before the event commenced.
The Impact
From 2019 to 2021, Agentur’s stewardship of Territory Day in Katherine became synonymous with high quality, memorable celebrations. Our delivery built momentum for the event, earning trust from government partners and delighting local families with fireworks, entertainment, and a shared Territory Day experience.
