Britta Decker

Managing Director

Originally from Cologne in Germany, Britta has lived and worked in Darwin, Northern Territory for over 27 years. She began her Northern Territory career in 1996, as European Marketing Coordinator for the internationally successful Aboriginal band Yothu Yindi.

Britta has a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (majoring in Marketing and Finances) from the Business Institute of Cologne. She also has a vast network of contacts throughout Australia's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, as well as in government, the private sector and media.

Britta is a volunteer Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Darwin. Britta has designated responsibility to the Federal Republic of Germany and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trading for consular functions as per the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations (VCCR).

Marijana Tadic

Managing Director

Marijana settled in Darwin in 2002 and has worked in various marketing and administration positions for Music NT, Darwin Festival, Greenpeace and the NT Government.

Prior to moving to Australia, she worked for 15 years in Germany for a marketing agency with a focus on international trade fairs, conventions and congresses.

Today, Marijana is our creative production genius and is responsible for artistic and creative direction within Agentur. Marijana is also passionate about health and nutrition and will soon be a certified Integrated Health and Nutrition Coach.

Event Coordinator

Lucy is a proactive and dynamic events professional specializing in stakeholder management, logistics, and impactful program delivery. With a passion for storytelling, arts, and community engagement, she excels in strategic planning and execution. Lucy’s experience in project management and logisticsfurther enhance her contributions to delivering successful events.
Debbie Jane Micairan
Event & Marketing Coordinator

Debbie Jane is a versatile Event and Marketing Coordinator with expertise in relationship building, strategic planning, and KPI management. Experienced in social media marketing, content planning, and data analysis, she excels in designing marketing materials. Debbie communication, organization, and problem-solving skills make her a valuable asset to our team.
Tracey Bunn
Administration Manager

In October 2022, we welcomed Tracey Bunn to our growing team, supporting our crew with administration & logistics. Tracey is a long-term Territorian with extensive experience as a producer of events such as Lunch on the Lawn and Arafura Pearl – A Festival of Women. We at Agentur have known Tracey for over 20 years and worked with her in many capacities including through local arts organisations like DVAA and Artback NT.
Emma Cameron
Community Engagement

Emma joined the team in mid-January 2023 to assist with the Taste of Kakadu Festival and has since continued on with the Agentur team providing event and community engagement assistance across projects. Emma has a solid background in office administration and community development. We met first Emma in 2022 when she successfully produced the local fashion show as part of the opening event for the 2022 Taste of Kakadu Festival.
Toni Lang
Event Coordinator

Toni recently moved to Darwin from Germany, bringing seven years of diverse event experience. Events are her passion, and she knew from an early age that it was the only career she wanted to pursue. After completing an event management apprenticeship in Stuttgart, she worked on festivals, concerts, stage shows, and various tours. Since arriving in Darwin, she has expanded her expertise to include sporting and community events and is excited to continue developing her repertoire.
Muskaan Dhirani
Administration Assistant

Muskaan Dhirani, originally from Tanzania, has been living in Darwin for nearly a year and has truly come to appreciate the vibrant community. She arrived as an international student with dreams and ambitions, and her experiences have surpassed her expectations. From starting as a first-year accounting student to gaining experience in various job roles, her journey highlights the power of change. Muskaan has also explored networking and marketing, which has boosted her confidence and broadened her skill set. These experiences have been pivotal in shaping her personal and professional growth, demonstrating that every small step can lead to meaningful progress.
Jaime-Lee Cavicchioli
Event Coordinator

Long term resident of Darwin, Jaime-lee joined the team in May 2023 as a Freelance Event Professional to support Agentur’s rolling calendar of events. She has a passion for hospitality and events, with experiences that highlights all Darwin has to offer. Jaime-lee’s event experience covers all things festivals, fashion, and racing, including management and production. She’s worked for both City of Darwin, and City of Palmerston in the Events Space on a contractual basis including many other prestigious businesses in the Northern Territory.
Romana Paulson
Event Stage Manager

Romana is a Bundjalung and Mununjali women from New South Wales that grew up in Darwin and for the past sixteen years of her professional career she has focused on planning, the hospitality industry and volunteering efforts to align with her passion for making the world shine brighter through engagement with others. Romana is also actively involved in the implementation of appropriate cultural protocols when working with diverse First Nation groups. Romana is the person that you want to ensure all stakeholders and participants are looked after and every issue is solved effectively. Romana has been (and still is) involved with Drag Territory for years working as a Backstage Assistant and Stage Manager, work which complements her position at Agentur well.
