About Agentur

Founders
Agentur was founded in 2006 by Britta Decker (originally from Germany) and Marijana Tadic (originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina) who have both called Darwin home for almost two decades. We are a specialist creative event management company and professional conference organiser, and our mission is to create memorable live, on line and hybrid event experiences to audiences far and wide.

Location and collaborators
In early 2020, we invested in a centrally located Darwin CBD office in the historical 15 Cavenagh Street building. From this location Agentur joined forces with Sound light and Media (SLM) under one roof. A one-stop-shop for Northern Territory events. Collectively we are an award-winning creative team that have come together in one building in the centre of the Darwin CBD to provide an all in one event management solution. We continue to operate independently but are now easily accessible in one place for organisations seeking all of their event coordination and production needs. With decades of combined experience and expertise, the three companies can provide unrivalled and seamless delivery to their clients who require premier event services from start to finish - from concept, to design, implementation, management and delivery.

A local story at the heart
One of our key strengths lies in curating and amplifying the large pool of local talent and suppliers that exists here in the NT. At the heart of our event concepts is always the local story. We aim to bring everyone in the community together to create a shared vision and creation of an authentic identity for our region. Each event is curated to tell a local story and showcases and amplifies the past, present and future and that is why you can rely on us to engage local subcontractors, suppliers, artisans and entertainment. Our love for curating event and conference theming stems back to our experience, but also our knowledge and partnerships with artisans, facilitators and industry partners local to the Northern Territory. We believe in keeping it local by producing your events with flair that embraces the local culture and community.
