“Agentur has demonstrated experience in providing innovative and thoughtful floorplans and event layouts to our clients to increase delegate/attendee engagement and create impact for the client. When we work on event floor plans, we keep the flow of the event in mind, including the activation of different areas within the event site, as well as the safety and security of delegates.

An example of this is the Northern Territory Cattlemen’s Association (NTCA) Annual Conference in 2017. Prior to engaging Agentur, this event had remained unchanged for many years, with the same layout and corresponding issues arising each year.

Agentur was brought on board to modernize the look of the event/exhibition space and ensure professional and polished delivery. We accomplished this by completely revamping the layout of the exhibition/conference hall and the gala dinner hall. As a result, both events featured layouts that provided an initial ‘wow factor’ for delegates as they entered the event spaces, increased engagement with exhibitors, and improved the flow of people within the venues.

Outcome: We collaborated with local supplier Fusion to develop a fresh, new, high-standard booth, guided by Agentur to bring our concept to life. The idea was to give each exhibitor a unique yet unified look, resulting in a booth with a completely different shape than what is typically used. Additionally, the layouts for both events were a first for the Darwin Convention Centre, with both rooms reoriented to allow delegates to walk in and immediately have a full view of the room, creating a new and exciting ‘wow factor.’

The success of this innovation is demonstrated by the fact that other clients of Agentur have requested similar layouts, and local venues and suppliers have been inspired by the concepts and are replicating them at their own events.”
