The Challenge
The Northern Territory Cattlemen’s Association Annual Conference had been delivered in the same format for years, with dated layouts that limited exhibitor engagement and created recurring issues.

Our Solution
Agentur reimagined the entire event footprint, redesigning both the exhibition hall and gala dinner space to improve flow, engagement, and impact. We partnered with local supplier Fusion to create bespoke booths with a fresh, unified look, introducing shapes and layouts not previously used at the Darwin Convention Centre. Both rooms were reoriented so delegates entered to a full view of the space, creating an immediate wow factor.

The Impact
The revitalised design elevated the professionalism of the event, boosted exhibitor interaction, and set a new benchmark for layout innovation at the venue. The success of the concept inspired other clients, venues, and suppliers, who have since replicated the approach in their own events.
